This page explains how complaints are submitted and reviewed if a product purchased from zandinilamps.lv is damaged, does not match the description or has another defect.
General Warranty Information
The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods delivered to the Buyer comply with the terms of the contract.
If the product is damaged, does not match the description or has another defect, the Buyer has the right to submit a complaint to the Seller.
How to Submit a Complaint
A complaint may be submitted by writing to: info@zandinilamps.lv.
In the complaint, please include the following information:
- your name and surname;
- order number;
- product name;
- description of the problem;
- photos, if they help assess the situation;
- the preferred solution.
Complaint Review
The Seller reviews complaints as quickly as possible and provides a response within a reasonable period.
If the complaint is justified, the Seller offers an appropriate solution, such as product repair, product replacement, price reduction or refund, if other solutions are not possible or proportionate.
What Is Not Considered a Defect
Minor visual differences that are characteristic of handmade or design products are not considered a defect, provided that they do not affect the functionality or safety of the product.
Damage caused by incorrect use, mechanical damage, improper care, incorrect installation or external circumstances is not considered a product defect.
Handmade and Design Products
Some products offered by zandinilamps.lv may be handmade, design items or individually produced goods.
Because of this, small variations in colour, texture, form or finishing may occur. Such differences are part of the handmade character of the product and are not considered defects if they do not affect the product’s functionality, safety or overall quality.
Damage During Delivery
If the goods have been damaged during delivery, the Buyer is advised to contact the Seller as soon as possible.
Please include the order number and photos of the damaged product or packaging so that the situation can be assessed.
Consumer Rights Protection
If a dispute cannot be resolved with the Seller, the consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia.
