Delivery options, delivery costs and estimated delivery times may depend on the delivery country, product size, product weight, selected delivery method and product availability.

Delivery Countries

Goods may be delivered to Latvia, European Union countries and other countries, if such delivery option is available during checkout or agreed individually with the Seller.

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times are:

• Latvia: 2–5 business days;
• European Union: 5–14 business days;
• Outside the European Union: 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the delivery destination, selected delivery method, courier workload, customs procedures or other circumstances outside the Seller’s direct control.

Made-to-Order and Handmade Products

If a product is made to order, handmade or personalised, the production and delivery time may be longer.

In such cases, the estimated production and delivery time is indicated in the product description or communicated to the Buyer individually.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs depend on the delivery country, product dimensions, product weight and selected delivery method.

The delivery fee is shown before the order is confirmed and before the payment is made.

Delivery Partners

Orders may be delivered using courier services, postal services, Omniva, DHL or other delivery partners available for the selected delivery destination.

The available delivery method may differ depending on the country, product type and order size.

Customs and Import Charges

If goods are delivered outside the European Union, the Buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country, if such charges apply.

These charges are not always included in the product price or delivery fee and may be collected by the relevant authorities or delivery service in the destination country.

Incorrect Delivery Information

The Buyer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information during checkout.

If the Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information, the Seller is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery or additional delivery costs caused by such incorrect information.

Damage During Delivery

Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer is advised to inspect the condition of the packaging and the product.

If the product or packaging is damaged, please contact the Seller as soon as possible by email: info@zandinilamps.lv.

Please include the order number and photos of the damage so that the Seller can assess the situation.
