Returns & Right of Withdrawal
This page explains the consumer’s right of withdrawal, the return procedure and refund conditions for goods purchased from zandinilamps.lv.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made in the online store zandinilamps.lv within 14 days without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers — natural persons who purchase goods for purposes not related to their business or professional activity.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier, has received the goods.
If several goods have been purchased in one order and are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day when the last item has been received.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

In the notice, please indicate:
- your name and surname;
- order number;
- product name;
- date of receiving the goods;
- your wish to withdraw from the purchase;
- bank account number, if the refund cannot be made using the original payment method.

Returning the Goods
The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice has been sent.
The goods must be returned to the following address:

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the Seller has stated otherwise in writing.
We recommend returning the goods in secure packaging and using a trackable delivery method, because the Buyer is responsible for the safe return of the goods to the Seller.
Refund
The Seller refunds the received payment no later than 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal notice has been received.
The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
The refund is made using the same payment method that the Buyer used for the order, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
When the Right of Withdrawal May Not Apply
The right of withdrawal may not apply if the goods are made according to the consumer’s instructions or are clearly personalised.
This may apply to goods made in an individual colour, size, design, with personalised finishing or other characteristics specifically selected by the Buyer.
This limitation does not affect the consumer’s rights if the goods are damaged or do not comply with the terms of the contract.
