The Buyer makes payment using the payment methods available in the online store, including Stripe, PayPal, bank card, bank transfer or other payment methods available at checkout.
The order is considered accepted after the Seller has received the payment or has confirmed the order in another way.
Placing an Order
To purchase a product, the Buyer selects the product, adds it to the cart and completes the order form.
The Buyer is responsible for providing correct and complete contact information and delivery address.
If the Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete information, the Seller is not responsible for delivery delays or the impossibility of delivering the goods.

Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts from the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier, has received the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a clear notice to: info@zandinilamps.lv.
The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.
The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the Seller has stated otherwise.
The refund is made no later than 14 days after the Seller has received the withdrawal notice.
The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made according to the Buyer’s individual order or personalised according to the Buyer’s instructions.
If the product is made specifically according to the Buyer’s individual choice, for example in a special colour, size, design or with personalised details, the Seller may refuse the application of the right of withdrawal, if this complies with applicable laws and regulations.
This limitation does not apply in cases where the product is damaged or does not comply with the terms of the contract.
Condition of Returned Goods
The Buyer has the right to inspect the goods to the extent that would be possible in a regular store.
The goods must be returned undamaged, with all included parts, instructions and packaging, as far as possible.
The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if the goods have been used more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Warranty and Non-Conforming Goods
If the goods do not comply with the terms of the contract, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller with a complaint.
Consumer rights in the case of non-conforming goods are applied in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
If the goods have been damaged during transport, the Buyer is advised to contact the Seller immediately and, if possible, attach photos of the damage.
